Refund policy

In accordance with Law 2251/1994, Law 4933/2022 and EU Directive 2011/83.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You have the right to return any item without giving a reason within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day you received it.

Notice: if we fail to inform you clearly of this right before purchase, the withdrawal period is extended by law to twelve (12) months.

2. Conditions for Return

For a return to be accepted, the item must be:

  • Unused, free of any odour (smoke, fragrance, sweat), stains, or signs of wear.
  • With all original tags and labels attached.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Hygiene seals: for items such as swimwear or underwear, returns are only accepted if the protective hygiene seal/sticker remains intact and un-tampered with (Law 2251/1994 Art. 3l).
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or invoice.

3. Return Procedure

  1. Exercise your right via the "Withdrawal Button" (available from June 19, 2026) or email underthecross.gr@gmail.com with your order number #UTC-####.
  2. Within 1–2 business days you will receive return instructions and the shipping address.
  3. Send the item back via the courier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable service.
  4. Once received and inspected, you will get a confirmation; the refund will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method.

4. Return Costs

The cost of return shipping is paid by the buyer, except when:

  • The item arrived defective (Legal Guarantee of Conformity).
  • We shipped the wrong item (wrong size or product).

In those cases, we cover both the return and the replacement shipping.

5. Exchanges

Because we produce in small batches, immediate availability of a different size is not guaranteed. We recommend returning the item and placing a new order. If the desired size is in stock, we can process an exchange — please contact us first.

6. Sale Items

Items purchased during sale periods are fully eligible for the 14-day right of withdrawal as per EU law. Any "final sale" mentions apply only to the period after the 14-day legal window has expired or for items clearly marked as "Defective / As-Is" with the buyer's prior knowledge.

7. Exclusions

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made items (e.g., custom embroidery).
  • Items where a hygiene seal has been broken.
  • Gift cards.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours at underthecross.gr@gmail.com with photographs. Under the Legal Guarantee of Conformity, you have the right to repair, replacement, or refund for defective goods.
