The company is committed to the validity of the information presented, subject to technical or typographical errors.

  • Prices: all prices include the statutory VAT.
  • Price reductions (Omnibus Directive): when announcing a sale or price reduction, the "original" price displayed represents the lowest price the product had during the 30-day period prior to the reduction.
  • Reviews: if customer reviews are displayed, we ensure they originate from verified purchasers through Shopify's automated verification systems.

5. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods through Shopify's secure gateway:

  • Credit / debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express).
  • Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay).

Transactions are processed with high-level encryption; UNDER THE CROSS does not store your card details.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Law 2251/1994 & EU Directive 2011/83.

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase without providing any reason within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of receiving the product.

  • Withdrawal button: in accordance with EU Directive 2023/2673, users may also exercise this right via the "Withdrawal Button" available in the website footer / customer area (effective June 19, 2026).
  • Products must be returned in their original condition, without the removal of special markings (tags / hygiene seals), and in their original packaging.
  • The refund will be processed within 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision, using the same payment method.

8. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

The company is not liable for delays or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, or network failures. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product in question.

10. Governing Law

Any dispute arising from the use of the website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, and Greek law shall apply.
